  • Bid Submittals/Proposals (RFP/RFQ): We will take on majority of the required paperwork for a specific bid, and assist you with writing a winning proposal

  • Agency Representation: We will walk with you throughout the full procurement journey and represent government officials on your behalf until a contract has been awarded

iibrary consulting is building a strong supplier network who can provide quality services at a competitive price. We are currently looking for partnerships in the following areas of focus:

  • Professional Services: iibrary consulting is actively engaging federal government of Canada to be qualified under the ProServices program, and become a prime contractor in various projects that require the skillsets of project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, administration and general management consulting (both IT/Non-IT focused). As these projects are often multi-year with a large contract value, we often require partnerships from companies who will joint venture or subcontract with us to deliver the requirements of the contract.

  • Enterprise Software Licenses: We are actively looking for suppliers/wholesalers who can provide a competitive price and dedicated support to provision software licenses for our clients 

  • Digital Products & Services: From time to time government agencies require digital production services including but not limited to marketing, branding, logos, social media management, or website development

  • Other: If your company offers services not outlined above, but still interested in doing business with government, let me know! At times there are urgent needs (ex. COVID 19 related) or low competition contract opportunities that can help your business enter the government market
